A new three-storeyed building is situated on the quay (50 m) buried in the greenery of cypresses, pines and palms. In the park there are 2
ornamental swimming pools with gold fishes. There is its own equipped pebble beach, bars and cafes
work on the quay. The windows of all rooms overlook the Ayu-Dag and the Adallary Rocks.
The price includes breakfast, demi-pension is possible. Hot water supply is
constant. The price depends on the season.
