The hotel is situated on the sea cost at the foot of the Kara Dag volcano in a park zone. It is a four-storeyed building of 2004th year of construction, equipped with autonomous heat and water supply, a centralized air-conditioning system, a lift. The room stock is 26 comfortable rooms.
