The hotel is situated quite close to the Genoese fortress. It is located in a picturesque place, far from the noise and bustle of central streets. Spacious, cosy rooms, delicious breakfasts and dinners make you feel at home.
Situated close enough to the sea. It takes 15 minutes to walk along a picturesque path running between the Genoese fortress and the Sakharnaya Golovka Mountain and you will find yourself on a sandy beach. It takes the same time to get to the city center, onto the Cypress alley where you will find cafes, restaurants and a great number of park amusements.
Double and triple rooms are provided at your disposal. The space of each room is 12 m² , of a loggia -- 7 m². In the rooms there is all necessary furniture -- double bed ( in triple rooms there is a teenager sofa), a wardrobe, cupboards, a chest of drawers, a hanger, a fan, a wash-basin. There are rooms with an air-conditioner, a refrigerator, a TV-set, an electric teapot. A shower cabin and a toilet are on every floor, each is supposed for three rooms.
