The hotel is 8 km from Yalta , in a
park zone of Lidiya village in a former mansion of Prince Dmitriy Romanov.
Complete reconstruction of the hotel was finished in 2004. The equipment of the
rooms responds fully to International standards.
Infrastructure: its own fitted-out
pebble beach (descent of 250 stairs), rent of water amusement appliances, two heated open-air
swimming-pools, one of them contains sea water, a restaurant, 3 bars, a summer
cinema, a conference hall, an Internet club, a table tennis, billiard, a parking
lot, a library, a disco.
Board: demi-pension (breakfast +
dinner) -- smorgasbord.
An oblong building consisting of
blocks with different number of floors (5-9 floors). Single and double rooms;
connection (double room + single room); a panoramic suite, a two-room suite, a
luxury suite.
In all rooms there is a shower
cabin/a bath, a toilet, a wash basin, a TV-set, a mini bar, a telephone, an
air-conditioner, Internet access (except for the fifth floor), beach towels, a
balcony with summer furniture. In the apartments there is a hairdryer,
bathrobes. Water supply: twenty-four-hour cold and hot water supply.
Sport: Volleyball, basketball, mini
footballs grounds, a tennis court, a gym, a table tennis, rent of water-sport
equipment.
The price includes habitation in the
room of the chosen category, board (breakfast + dinner in the form of
smorgasbord), use of beach, swimming-pools. Sunshades, beach beds near the
swimming-pool are paid.
