The Park-Hotel was admitted as the best Crimean hotel in 2004-2006. The hotel is located on the high sea coast at a distance of 50 meters from the beach. At your service there are 15 personally designed double rooms: 13 suites and 2 studios. In all rooms it is possible to place one additional bed.
The hotel's rooms are decorated in soft bright colours and furnished with ecological rattan furniture. The balconies of all room overlook the sea, opening an amazing view of Yalta and the Yalta Bay.

Each of the rooms is equipped:

a shower cabin/ a bath with jacuzzi;

a climate controlling system;

a TV-set;

On the upper floor of the Wellness SPA «Primorskiy Park» there is a penthouse --the most comfortable, prestigious room of the Park-Hotel that has no analogues in Ukraine. The total space of the room is 250 m2 and it consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a dining-room, a hall, two bathrooms and a summer terrace.
