A modern 6-storeyed building is
located in the historical center of Yalta, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the
quay (Naberezhnaya), shops and local places of entertainment. The complex
was opened in 1999 and now works all the year roud. Autonomous heating, power
and water supply, complete air-conditioning and an American system of water
cleaning-- all this provides the visitors of our complex with heat and
comfort regardless of the season and weather freaks.
The room stock is 47 rooms of different categories: 6 single rooms (room space is 14
m2), 21 double rooms (beginning from 18 m2), 10 Junior Suites (beginning from 30
m2), 8 Suites (74 m2) and 2 luxury suites (104 m2). In each room there is an
air-conditioner, a colour TV-set (cable and satellite TV), a refrigerator
with a mini bar, a telephone with international connection line, a bathroom
(shower, bath). Additionally in the Junior Suites, Suites and luxury suites there
are balconies furnished with sets of plastic furniture, there is soft furniture
in each room , hairdryers and bathrobes in the bathroom. At the same time
the Vremena Goda can accept 100 people for rest and treatment.
On the ground floor there is a
conference hall for 40 seats with all office equipment that is necessary for
holding seminars, conferences and presentations (office equipment, a flip board, a
beamer and a screen, sound equipment). You can be provided with services of a
copier and a fax, Internet access and translator's service.
