The Nadezhda Hotel was founded in 1996. It is situated in the quiet central part of the city, in immediate proximity there is one of the most famous restaurants in the city -- "Poplavok"; not far from here there are the Theater named after T. Shevtshenko, the Opera and Ballet Theater, the Drama Theater named after Gorkiy, the Theater for children, a circus, bowling, several cinemas, clubs and casinos.
