An elite floating hotel built in 2003 is situated on the Dnepr close to the Pochtovaya square. Alla Pugachova stayed here. All rooms have a high-class comfort, equipped with an air-conditioner and cable TV. Breakfast (smorgasbord) is included in the price of the room.

The hotel has 33 comfortable rooms like suites, junior suites, and standards. All rooms have furniture made of natural wood ( modern), big and comfortable sleeping berths, a TV-set, an air-conditioner, a mini bar, a safe, a telephone, a bathroom (in suites -- jacuzzi). Each room of the hotel is specific in its own way, as specific can be tastes and wishes of each man.
At the guests' service there is an excellent bar and a restaurant (ordering dinner, supper into the room), a hairdresser's, a massage cabinet, a sauna, a gym, a dry-cleaner's, minor clothes repair etc. As well the hotel has a conference hall for 40 persons and a room for negotiations for 10 persons (there is a PC with Internet access).
