The Dnister tourist and hotel complex was built in 1983. In 1999 the reconstruction and Western-style renovation was done. It is situated in the historical part of the city near an ancient park. Distance to the airport -- 6km, to the railway station -- 3 km.
The room stock of the hotel is 141 rooms including 12 suites, 6 business rooms, 50 standard ones, 21 of them have a big bed,33 superior ones , 8 of them with a big bed, 38 common ones. All rooms have new furniture, bathrooms, twenty-four-hour cold and water supply, cable TV, direct interurban and international phone line, Internet access. On each floor there is a cosy hall.
The reception and security service work twenty four hours a day. The hotel has four "KONE" lifts, two of them are high-speed.
At the guests' service there is a business center, a restaurant, a bar, a cafe-bar, a conference hall, a hairdresser's, a beauty salon, a solarium, a bank, a kiosk of periodicals and souvenirs, selling of air and railway tickets, auto park consisting of 4 cars (including a mini bus for 15 places), a parking lot that is guarded twenty four hours a day.
